  • No, but there is a street parking available in Burke and Camberwell Road.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment, provided it meets our safety and usage standards. If you’re unsure whether your equipment qualifies, feel free to contact us, and our Marketing team will verify it before your recording session.

  • All files are delivered within 1-2 business days of your recording session. We ensure quick turnaround to help you stay on schedule with your content production.

  • Yes, you can decide how to allocate the additional hour for reception and the breakout room.  Just let us know your preference so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Basic support includes:

    • Setting up the cameras and ensuring they’re recording

    • Positioning and testing microphones

    • Turning on lights and confirming functionality

    • Setting up the audio mixer

    • Using fans to prevent camera overheating

    Complex support refers to any additional technical requirements during or after the recording, such as advanced troubleshooting, custom setups, or post-production editing and distribution. For this, we work with a podcasting agency and can provide pricing upon request.

  • Yes, you can connect your laptop and your phone to the TV. We have a USB-C cable available for use. It works seamlessly with Windows laptops but can be a bit tricky with Macs, so please let us know in advance if you’re using one.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own SD card to record directly and take the files with you afterwards. The recorded files are usually 45–50GB per camera. We use Sony ZV-E10, so you can use SDHC or SDXC cards that are Class 10 or faster (U1 or U3) or V60 or faster. Other details are mentioned below:

  • For multiple guests, microphones can be shared between two people, and side cameras are positioned to capture both guests in one frame. We’ll ensure everything is set up correctly for your session.

  • You’re correct—we hold Public Liability Insurance for the Camberwell premises, currently up to $10 million.

  • We have Terms & Conditions outlined in or booking agreement. Once you confirm a booking, you automatically agree to these terms.

  • We do not contact your guests unless you specifically ask us to—for example, if you’d like an introduction or follow-up arranged.
